Oklahoma’s rules — the live OMMA license check at the counter, the state’s Metrc reporting, and the excise and sales taxes that stack on every ticket — are researched from statute and OMMA’s own pages and coded into the register before we open in Oklahoma. We don’t open in Oklahoma until the OMMA license check is built and working.
