WSLCB
Built hereLaunching Q4 2026WSLCB-coded POS for Washington dispensaries
WAC 314-55 mapped into the platform — not a checkbox, not a marketing slide. Excise math, age-verify, traceability, and vendor-sample auto-ring live in the same system as the register, and the gates are tuned to every WSLCB tightening cycle.
Regulator
Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB)
https://lcb.wa.gov ↗Your rules, handled
Washington’s cannabis retail rules — what the WSLCB requires at the counter, how sales are reported to the state, and what the taxes are — are researched from the regulator’s own pages and coded into the register. You run the shop; the rules are handled at the sale.
At the register, as of September 2026: the 37% cannabis excise, reflected in the shelf price, plus state and local sales tax at your store’s location rate. Under Washington law, a patient or designated provider holding a DOH recognition card who buys a DOH-compliant product (tested under WAC 246-70-040) from a medically endorsed retailer pays no sales tax on it (RCW 82.08.9998) and, until June 30, 2029, no 37% excise on it either (RCW 69.50.535(2)(a)). CannAgent does not apply these exemptions automatically yet.
Built here
Washington is home base — CannAgent is built and tuned to WAC 314-55 here first, and WA carries the deepest regulator-shaped depth in the platform. When the WSLCB tightens a rule, the gate ships for WA before anywhere else.
